Qi Gong Chinese Meditation

pink flowerThis is an introductory course to meditation .  The classes will include soft, repetitive movements coordinated with the breath and you will practice some of the many different types of traditional Meditation including seated, standing and walking.

reflexology

footprint in sandYou may not pay attention to your feet, but according to reflexologists they could hold the key to your good health.  The course introduces reflexology as a relaxation therapy and aims to teach the sequence of reflexology for use on family and friends.
