This course will guide you through the preparation of healthy and wholesome vegetarian foods including looking at the range of gluten free and wheat free meals. Classes will look at:
- organic cookery
- eating a seasonal diet incorporating local produce
- doing this on a budget
We are aware now how much diet affects:
- our cholesterol
- blood sugars
- blood pressure
- weight gain
This is a chance to learn a variety of nutritious recipes which encourages natural weight management. This course would suit breast feeding mothers keen to follow a healthy diet for both mum and baby.
