This course encourages participants to look at themselves in a new way in order to become independent.

This programme is taught through Lou Tice Pacific Institute videos and discussions, supported by handouts which sum up the topics and concepts taught.

The course encourages participants:

  • to look at themselves in a reflective way
  • to examine their beliefs and attitudes about themselves and their abilities

The course has three overall objectives:

  1. to help you become independent
  2. to help you become delf-directive
  3. to help you become fully accountable

When it runs

Friday (morning)- 10.30am to 12.30pm
Friday (evening) - 7.30pm to 9.30pm
