Antenatal classes are facilitated by a district midwife. 

what the classes cover

The classes run on a four week programme which covers:

• labour
• pain relief
• breast feeding
• baby bath

The class is open to all pregnant women 33 weeks and over and their partner.

reunion nights

We run a reunion night three months after the babies have been born. This is a great opportunity for everyone to meet up again and swap experiences.

when is the class

The class is facilitated by three district midwives and runs for four weeks.  The next class will commence on Tuesday 11th January 2011 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
