This Derry Well Women course is designed to help you take control of your life. It is a practical, informative and challenging course, but intends to be fun as well. Sessions include stress management, personal development exercises and life planning.
This course is devised to support you in the following areas:
- Build confidence and self esteem
- Explore what stops you from getting the best out of life in order to reach your full potential
- To address life’s setbacks head on
This programme is action orientated and solution focused. It concentrates on here and now and supports you to take forward action.
When does it run?
This 8 week course runs weekly on a Wednesday evening from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
