The benefits of yoga include:

At Derry Well Women, Yoga is offered as a 10-week batch of lessons – these classes must be booked. All participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a mat or towel to lie on.
Pre-booked sessions are available weekly on a Monday afternoon from 1.00pm to 2.30pm.
