‘Bright Minds – Bold Hearts’ – Emotional Health & Wellbeing Programme for young women

This course is specifically aimed at helping young women develop essential resilience skills, emotional intelligence and self confidence to enhance mental health and wellbeing .

Resilience training can help you learn how to adapt to stress, threats, and adversity, and to bounce back from setbacks.

Emotional Intelligence refers to the ability to recognise, understand, manage, and effectively express emotions in oneself and others. It involves being aware of your own emotions and the emotions of those around us which helps us navigate social interactions, build positive relationships, and make sound decisions.

Confidence building is the process of gradually increasing confidence or trust in your abilities, qualities, or ideas. Confidence  building can help you improve your self-esteem, self-awareness, and ability to succeed in your personal goals in a variety of settings.

By the end of the course, attendees will be equipped with a comprehensive set of tools to manage stress, deal with negative thinking and emotions, build self-esteem, improve confidence, develop positive relationships and have the confidence to navigate through life challenges.

This programme will run on a Monday morning 10am – 12noon beginning 27th January 2025
