Our creche is central to our activities as it provides a space enabling mums and children to avail of the centre’s facilities.
Post Natal Depression Programme
This programme will cover topics such as stress, anxiety, relaxation methods, the causes of low mood and tips on how to deal with them.
This four week programme has been developed with the help of Foyle Trust health visitors to share skills with parents on how to deal with children who won’t sleep
This ten week course is delivered in partnership with Foyle Trust health visitors. It shows how a range of simple techniques can reduce misbehaviours.
Antenatal classes are facilitated by a district midwife and run for two hours a week for four weeks.
This four week course runs for one hour per week and is aimed at parents of babies of 0 to 6 months.
This three week course runs on a Monday and is aimed at parents with babies of 4 weeks- 1 year old.
